Tammy Lawrence-Cymbalisty is a holistic therapist certified in many different modalities. She is the owner of TLC Services is a certified yoga teacher. She presents Kripalu yoga. She has also studied other forms of yoga such as Iyengar, Ashtanga and Shivananda. She is committed to excellence in teaching all aspects of yoga. In continuing her studies she has had the pleasure of attending classes with such internationally respected teachers as Lilias Folan, Ana Forrest, Sandra Anderson, Stephen Cope, Rodney Yee, Rod Stryker and Bhagavan Das.
Tammy concentrates on treating her clients emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
She is a Reiki Master/Teacher offering private lessons, treatments and attunements. She holds her B.A. in Sociology from Trent University; is certified as HypnoBirthing Practitioner and is certified as an Ayurvedic Educator from Dr. Frawley's Vedic Institute and a certified Clinicial Hypnotherapist.
