Michael Nicholas is a coach, corporate trainer, professional speaker and leadership expert who specialises in helping individual leaders and teams create transformational shifts in behaviour and performance. He has trained extensively with some of the world’s foremost experts in leadership and personal development, and now helps others to improve their results. He has also trained several hundred people globally in effective coaching skills.

Michael did not start out as a peak performance coach. Graduating with a BSc in Engineering from Durham University, then qualifying as chartered engineer, his career began with seven years as a commissioned officer in the RAF. This included operational roles and active service in the first Gulf War. He then went on to hold several senior-level corporate positions in blue-chip companies, gaining extensive professional experience in technical, sales, marketing and consultancy environments. These ranged from a directorial position in the strategy practice at Deloitte Consulting, to running Nortel’s professional services business in Europe, to leading a major sales team.

During his ten years working as a leadership consultant, Michael has helped several of the UK’s largest organisations and many entrepreneurial businesses to achieve greater success.
