The Licenser Seller Rights: LDM Inc., LDM Recording Studio; The seller and artist Dr Leslie Moore, Yogi Goddess (YG); have the rights to all studio, educational, podcast radio, vodcast TV, and others not mentioned, rights to the products and licenses sold. Only the Master can produce copies for buyer Markets.
b. The Master Artist/Host Rights: LDM Inc., LDM Recording Studio; The seller and artist Dr Leslie Moore, Yogi Goddess (YG); have the rights to distribute, sell, produce, and auction, all products, music, radio. and licenses sold. Only the Master can produce copies for buyer Markets.
c. Educator, Teacher, Practitioner Rights: LDM Inc., LDM Recording Studio; The seller and artist Dr Leslie Moore, Yogi Goddess (YG); have the rights to operate, sell, produce, distribute; all Educator, Teacher, Broadcasting, Web Courses, multimedia, vodcast, radio podcast, and others not mentioned, for unlimited commercial and non-commercial ventures as the master and licenser/seller.

4. Licensee: The Buyer or Board Staff
a. The Licensee Buyer will have a non-exclusive, international, non-transferable right to use our podcast radio streams, or Yogi Goddess (YG) as listed in the following terms.
b. Synchronization Rights: The Licensee Buyer; may use our podcast radio streams, or Yogi Goddess (YG) in multimedia, films, video production, vodcast, television, radio broadcast production, podcast production, radio commercials, video productions, trade shows, presentations, internet animations, video games, all types of Web sites, school or class presentations, music presentations, telephone on-hold messages, and others not mentioned, for unlimited commercial and non-commercial ventures.
c. Broadcasting / Public Performance Rights: (Similar as the Synchronization)The Licensee Buyer; may use our podcast radio streams, or Yogi Goddess (YG) in multimedia, films, video production, vodcast, television, radio broadcast production, podcast production, radio commercials, video productions, trade shows, presentations, internet animations, video games, backgrounds to events, festivals, parties, all types of Web sites, school or class presentations, music presentations, telephone on-hold messages, and others not mentioned, for unlimited commercial and non-commercial ventures.
d. Internet Rights: The Licensee Buyer; may use our podcast radio streams, or Yogi Goddess (YG) in The Licensee Buyer background audios for Web/Flash sites, Online TV, Online Video Website, Vodcast, Radio Podcasts, Web games, Web applications, Web courses, and others not mentioned, for unlimited commercial and non-commercial ventures.
e. Educator, Teacher, Practitioner Rights: The Licensee Buyer; may use our podcast radio streams, or Yogi Goddess (YG) in Educator, Teacher, Broadcasting, Web Courses, multimedia, films, video production, vodcast, television, radio broadcast production, podcast production, radio commercials, video productions, trade shows, presentations, and others not mentioned, for unlimited commercial and non-commercial ventures.
f. Crediting Rights: The Licensee Buyer; may use our podcast radio streams, or Yogi Goddess (YG) in credits listing of their multimedia, films, video production, vodcast, broadcast, class presentations, and others not mentioned, along with their company, school, organization, and business credits.
