Ian Paul Sharp is the co-founder of Munro:Sharp Training, where he teaches people how to make significant changes in their lives in conjunction with his partner Jane Ellen Munro.
We have had outstanding results working with clients over many years, and have now decided the time is right to share their expertise more widely. We are both NLP Master Practitioners and NLP Trainers, as licensed by the Society of NLP.
I contributed to learning for many years in the further and higher education sectors in the UK, working as a trainer, lecturer, tutor and course manager and teaching business studies, sociology and psychology, and teacher education. I am a qualified teacher of adults and I also hold an MA in Education from the Open University. Among other projects I am currently devising new and elegant ways to bring NLP even further into adult learning.
Jane is an experienced healthcare professional. She is also an innovative educator and devised a highly successful programme of home education for her daughters, who in turn are now developing their own successful lives.
