Oscar Naval is one of a kind. When you meet him, you’ll never forget him.

He grew up in San Francisco’s Mission District, a neighborhood where the local grocer, nick-named by the media as "Yosemite Sam", would shoot burglars on site. His next door neighbor shot himself and childhood family friend ended up on San Quentin Prison's Death Row for murder. Not the beginnings most would wish for their child.

However, perhaps in spite of these beginnings, or perhaps because of them, his whole life has been a quest for true happiness and joy. Not that bottled champagne- cork frivolity that one feels when someone cracks a particularly funny joke- but that effervescent, undeniable, long lasting joy that oozes from some people in the most contagious way.

His quest took him all over the world, learning philosophies, tools, techniques and soaking in experiences. He went from the British Isles to the Oracle at Delphi, from the red earth of Utah to the spiritual spots of Sedona. In Hawaii he discovered the depth and richness of native Hawaiian spirituality. When he moved to Australia, he found his spiritual family and loving lasting marriage.

Oscar cheekily swears that life should consistently feel like a “Full Body Orgasm”. A graphic term, but perhaps the best way to communicate to those “Doubting Thomases” how extraordinary it is possible to feel each and every day.

Oscar is the author of the controversial titled book "Full Body Orgasm". He and his wife Lisa, now dedicate their lives to assisting others to live their own “FBO Life”. When they’re not playing trains with their 3 year old son, Mikey, that is.

Oscar Naval has a Diploma of Body-Centered Psychotherapy in Core Energetics. He is a certified Hawaiian Lomi-lomi massage therapist.
