Love your YogaNidra album, Aurora! It’s so elegant and pure. Since using it I can feel my subconscious playing around and integrating energies in really expansive ways. (first time I listened to the middle meditation some tears came – but don’t tell anyone:) Looking forward to visiting LA sometime and joining one of your classes. You’re an inspiration.
