I worked in the nursing field for almost 25 years and retired in 2007. I have also taken care of, or helped in caring for family members since I was four years old. I have also studied nutrition and diet independently for the past 10 years. I am currently working on two books, one on feeding your family healthy food without breaking the bank and one on dealing with high-risk pregnancies and premature, medically-challenged infants.
